Groups & Service Opportunities

At Stepping Stones, we believe that all age groups are important. That’s why we have opportunities for adults, children and even babies! There’s always something going on at Stepping Stones, so check here frequently as we add new and exciting programs.

Community Connections

Connection events are held multiple times throughout the year as a way for us all to get together in a “non-church” environment to catch up and socialize. Check the calendar or events page regularly for new event, dates and times.

 

Adult Small Groups

Groups of 8-12 adults meet at each other’s homes weekly to discuss different biblical books and learning series of varying topics to appeal to everyone’s interests. We use a semester-based system; so groups typically start in October, February, and June of each year

 Up Street (Nursery)

Even our littlest ones need to know about Jesus and His love for them.  That is why we strive to provide an environment that nurtures our little ones physically, emotionally and spiritually. Up Street is located just off the Worship Center for easy parent access. Stop by the check-in desk and meet our great children’s staff to get your child signed in. Find out more.

 

Down Street (Ages 5 to 5th grade)

Our Down Street children’s ministries are designed to be the best hour of your child’s week.  Our program is designed to help children experience the excitement of discovering God’s Word by intertwining great music, motor skills, interactive videos and a high-energy staff! Find out more.

 

Service Teams

God encourages everyone to find an area within the church that they would like to serve. Stop by the Information Center for ideas and sign-up sheets. Our Community also gets together several times throughout the year to perform RAK (Random Acts of Kindness), as well as other Community involvement activities. Check out our events online, or stop by the Information Center to sign up and be a part of something truly amazing!

Teaching

Our Children’s Team is continually looking for qualified individuals to assist in our kick-butt kids program. Stop by the Information Center for more information.

Worship Team

We are always looking for gifted singers and musicians.  If you are interested in playing with the band or if singing is your gift, please write Dave Michel at dave@steppingstoneschurch.net. An audition will be scheduled for you.  We do mostly contemporary praise & worship, but we mix in a variety as well.  You’ll love it!
